1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired item and size, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

3. Will I receive an order confirmation?

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at silcbody.com or call 1 (970) 784-0507. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help. Once shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

5. How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For additional help, email us at silcbody.com with your measurements.
6. Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces fit true to size, but some styles (like bodysuits) may fit more snugly for a silky, body-hugging look. Always check the product description and size guide for specific recommendations.
7. What fabrics do you use?
We use premium, silky-soft fabrics such as:

9. How long does shipping take?

10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over (after discounts, before tax).
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
12. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at www.silcbody.com/track.
13. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup at our Jersey City location:

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Returns & Refunds
14. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.

15. How do I start a return?
Email us at silcbody.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
16. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (5–8 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
17. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
18. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at silcbody.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
